Broke my leg in June, so I have gained nearly 20 lbs since then. My goal is to get back to my pre-broken leg weight (about 150) and then some! After my load I weighed in at 169.5, this morning I weighed 165.0, so 4.5 lbs lost (gained 1.1 in the load, so a net loss of 3.4). Tried something different today, tried eating 1 egg plus 3 egg whites for breakfast, then ate the regular regime of the HCG protocol during the day. We’ll see in the AM if making the egg addition has a negative impact on the weight loss.
History: 5 years ago I weighed 245 lbs and have used various regimes to lose weight. I have found that the HCG protocol is the best way as other diets burn structural body first and then abnormal body fat. The HCG protocol is the only method I have found that burns the abnormal fat FIRST.
