15 days left

I have fully recovered from last weekends family trip!  Down to 154, so I recovered the gain and moving back in the right direction.  I am going to do 15 more injections after today and hope to come within a few pounds of my 138 goal.   Knowing exactly how many more days I’m going to do this helps with my motivation to eat right knowing that I only have 15 more days to get near my goal.

Back on Track!

I have recovered from a bad Saturday and Sunday.  Now I am going to be traveling to see my family over the next four days, so that will be stress and food galore!  So we’ll hope for the best during my next four days “off” of the program and hope to not have too much of a backslide!  I planned for this “mini break” by stopping the HCG on Monday, but continuing to follow the program Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday per the protocol, then I will resume the HCG on Monday.

Gained .6 :-(

Must have done something wrong yesterday - ate Miracle Noodles but that shouldn’t have had a negative consequence.  Didn’t eat my 2nd apple of the day - maybe that did it - who knows - hopefully tomorrow will show some progress!

Day 5 of HCG Diet

Broke my leg in June, so I have gained nearly 20 lbs since then.  My goal is to get back to my pre-broken leg weight (about 150) and then some!  After my load I weighed in at 169.5, this morning I weighed 165.0, so 4.5 lbs lost (gained 1.1 in the load, so a net loss of  3.4).  Tried something different today, tried eating 1 egg plus 3 egg whites for breakfast, then ate the regular regime of the HCG protocol during the day.  We’ll see in the AM if making the egg addition has a negative impact on the weight loss.

 History:  5 years ago I weighed 245 lbs and have used various regimes to lose weight.  I have found that the HCG protocol is the best way as other diets burn structural body first and then abnormal body fat.  The HCG protocol is the only method I have found that burns the abnormal fat FIRST.
